Returns

• Products may be returned within 7 days of the delivery date.
• To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
• Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required for all return requests.

Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided they have not been processed or shipped.
• Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may request a return after receiving the product if it meets our return eligibility requirements.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

• Your order number
• Clear photos or videos of the product and packaging
• A brief description of the issue

After verification, we will arrange a replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on the situation.
